Refund policy

At CULM Bee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at office@culmbee.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Bespoke or custom-made hive items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or faulty. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
