Shipping policy

CULM Bee ships throughout the United Kingdom and selected European destinations. Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch. European orders generally arrive within 5–10 working days. Orders placed before 2pm GMT on weekdays are usually dispatched the same day. Free standard shipping is available on all UK orders. International shipping rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Large items such as complete hive kits may require a specialist courier and could take slightly longer to arrive. CULM Bee is not responsible for delays caused by customs or border checks for international shipments.
